Primordial Sound Meditation
A personalized meditation practice to reconnect you with your inner stillness.
Primordial Sound Meditation is a deeply personal and powerful technique rooted in the Vedic tradition of India. Revived by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and further shared through Dr. Deepak Chopra and the Chopra Center, this practice helps you transcend thought and return to your natural state of calm using a personalized sound, or bija mantra.
This sound is calculated based on the vibration of the universe at the exact time and place of your birth. Repeating your personal mantra silently allows the mind to settle into a state of inner stillness, where healing, insight, and clarity naturally arise.
For Teens & Young Adults
More than ever, teens are navigating a world filled with pressure, performance, and constant stimulation. Primordial Sound Meditation offers a simple yet powerful tool to help young people:
Feel calmer and more centered
Improve focus and mental clarity
Navigate emotional ups and downs
Build a deeper connection to their own inner wisdom
This meditation practice is well-suited for teens and adults alike. If you are dealing with stress, anxiety , overwhelm , wanting to find quiet in the noise or simply want to experience the deeper connection within youself. The effect of meditation practice starts to flow into every aspect of life.
