Primordial Sound Meditation is easily learned in four sessions over a period of few days or weeks.

​Session ONE: Purvi will introduce you to the basic principals of meditation, it's history, and the importance of your mantra.

Session TWO: You will receive personal instruction in your Primordial Sound Mantra and learn how to use it. You will try meditation for the first time using your primordial sound mantra.

You will receive live coaching through out your learning and have your questions answered regarding your meditation practice.

Using the timeless practice of Primordial Sound Meditation
Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial sounds are the most basic and most essential sounds of nature which are used to disconnect us from the activity of life.
These individually selected sounds, known as Mantras are based on vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.
Once your primordial sound mantra is determined you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility and compassion within.
Session THREE: You will learn the practical aspects of meditation, share your experience, receive answers to any questions, and we will meditate together.

Session FOUR: You will attend a lecture about the highest states of consciousness that can be achieved with regular practice of Primordial Sound Meditation. Purvi will share and explain deeper perspective on those higher states.

Before we conclude the final session, we will ensure that you have confidence you need to continue your meditation as a life long practice.
Mindfulness matters
MBSR based conscious attention training for kids and teens developed by Eline Snel is used worldwide. The eight to ten week course takes one hour a week on average and teaches children to focus and shift their attention with a friendly attitude. They are familiarized with their inner world without having to pass judgement on what they or others think, feel or experience. They learn to deal with turmoil with tranquility. Learn to acknowledge 'challenging thoughts and feelings' without suppressing them or being carried away by them, and simply give them friendly attention instead. Most importantly, they learn to be less judgmental, more curious and kind to themselves and others. Because who doesn't need a little more kindness in their life? even if it's just for yourself.
