“Love is the whole thing. We are only pieces.”

Welcome, I'm Purvi :) I live and practice here in Austin, Texas, with my family, serving the vibrant community. Whether we are meeting for a private session or through local programs like TeXercise at UT Austin, my goal is to provide a grounded, supportive space for all ages to find their way back to balance.

My journey didn't stop there; I wanted to share these tools for peace and harmony with the younger generation, leading me to become a Certified Child Mindfulness Trainer through the Eline Snel Academy.

For over two decades, I’ve been working as a Physical Therapist in the world of orthopedics. While I loved helping bodies recover, I started to notice a shift in my approach. I wasn’t just helping muscles and tissues “feel better”; I was witnessing deep healing. My clinical background gave me the science, but my curiosity gave me the "Self-Discoveries." I realized that I wasn’t the one doing the work; I was just the one holding the space for it to happen.

In 2020, I officially traded the "no pain, no gain" mindset for the gentle art of Ortho-Bionomy®. During my training the experience felt similar to finding the "Ease Button" for the human body. I stopped trying to force results and started listening to that "innate intelligence" we’re all born with.

In between playing the roles of wife, mother and working with clients to help ease the pain and stress , I often found myself asking the big questions: Who is "Me" within "I"? and Why am I here?

That curiosity led me to the deep wisdom of Advaita Vedanta, an ancient Eastern Philosophy of non-duality. It’s the study of remembering that at our core, we are already whole, connected, and enough. This Eastern wisdom tradition helps us quiet the 'noise' of the ego so we can listen to the silence of our true nature.

Became a Certified Meditation Teacher from Chopra Center learning to anchor these ancient principles into daily life. While Physical Therapy taught me about the mechanics of the body, Advaita Vedanta taught me about the mechanics of the soul.

Whether I’m guiding an 8th grader through a 3-minute "reset" or helping an adult find their center as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I am really just sharing the same gift: Awareness of the silence within. My joy is in helping you move with strength and be moved by LOVE. Whether we are working on your alignment or your inner peace, I’m here to help you navigate the long journey into yourself! with a bit of humor, a lot of heart, and absolutely no force.
