Finding your center in the whirlwind

In a world that constantly asks you to do more, yoga is the one place where you get to simply be. Inspired by the timeless lineage of T. Krishnamacharya who believed yoga was the ultimate tool for empowering the younger generation, our classes are a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern life.

We believe "Motion is Lotion." By moving through intentional Vinyasa flows and performing asanas, we don’t just stretch our muscles; we move through the "buried emotions" and school-day stress that get stuck in our bodies. It’s a space to breathe, sweat, and hit the reset button. After all, yoga is NOT stretching. It’s a system of strengthening the mind and body.

Middle schoolers

Navigating the "Big Transition." We help you find your footing and build the focus you need as you head toward high school.

High schoolers

Building your Toolkit. Learn how to apply yoga and mindfulness to real life—managing exam stress, social pressure, and the "busy-ness" of being you.

Future college students

Mental Prep 101. Gain the life lessons and inner calm needed to step onto a college campus feeling grounded, independent, and ready.
