WHAT IS ORTHOBIONOMY®

The science of listening, the art of letting go

Ortho-Bionomy® is a gentle bodywork that allows your nervous system to relax and go from pain to ease through deep release. Instead of "fixing" or pushing against pain, we find the positions where your body feels most comfortable and supported. 

By exaggerating that ease, we signal your brain to stop holding onto old patterns of tension. It is a collaborative reset that respects your body's bio-intelligence, allowing you to

"un-clench" from the inside out and return to a state of natural harmony.
